On September 25&ndash;26, 2025, the Fourth Central Asia Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF 4) was held in Almaty &mdash; one of the key events for the region&rsquo;s internet industry. The forum was organized by RIPE NCC with the support of the Internet Association of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Association of Communication Operators. 
 
CAPIF serves as a platform for developing internet traffic exchange and peering among providers in Central Asia, attracting content providers, and enhancing connectivity both within the region and beyond. The forum also contributes to positioning Central Asia as a digital and infrastructure hub. 
 
This year, the event brought together around 280 delegates from 22 countries, including representatives of telecom companies, the banking sector, academic institutions, and government organizations.

The Administration of the national domain .UZ has introduced a new convenient feature for domain auction users. Now, anyone can submit a request to put a deleted domain name, assigned the status of &ldquo;Auction,&rdquo; up for bidding through a special online form. 
 
Previously, this required contacting the call center, but now the process has become as simple and fast as possible &mdash; all it takes is filling out the form on the website. Once the request is received, the Administration&rsquo;s specialists review it and place the specified domain in the auction. 
 
This new functionality allows current and future domain name owners to be more actively engaged in auction processes, quickly propose names of interest, and save time on communications. Moreover, the online application increases procedural transparency, makes participation in the auction more accessible, and fosters healthy competition for attractive names within the .UZ domain zone. 
 
The .UZ Domain Administration continues to improve its services to make the domain name market more open, technological, and convenient for all participants.

On the second day of the international TLDCON 2025 conference, representatives of the .UZ national domain administration announced that the next, 19th Conference of Administrators and Registrars of Country Code Top-Level Domains of the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe &mdash; TLDCON 2026 &mdash; will take place in the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
 
The organizers invited the international technical community to visit Uzbekistan in 2026. This event will play an important role in the development of the region&rsquo;s ICT sector and in strengthening international cooperation in the field of national domain management. 
 
For reference, TLDCON is an annual platform for sharing experiences and discussing key issues related to the development of national domain zones.

TLDCON 2026 to be Held in Uzbekistan

On September 15&ndash;16, 2025, the 18th International Conference for Administrators and Registrars of Country Code Top-Level Domains of the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe &mdash; TLDCON 2025 &mdash; is taking place in Kaliningrad. The event is organized by the Coordination Center for TLDs. 
 
The forum has brought together representatives of registries, international organizations, and experts in domain name management. Participants are discussing the development of the domain industry, cybersecurity issues, and new technologies.

CAPIF Markaziy Osiyodagi provayderlar o&lsquo;rtasida internet-trafik almashinuvi va peeringni rivojlantirish, kontent-provayderlarni jalb qilish va mintaqaning ichki va tashqi bog&lsquo;lanishini oshirish uchun platforma sifatida xizmat qiladi. Forum shuningdek, Markaziy Osiyoni raqamli va infratuzilma markazi sifatida targ&lsquo;ib qilishga hissa qo&lsquo;shadi.

Endi har bir foydalanuvchi maxsus onlayn-shakl orqali &ldquo;Auksion&rdquo; maqomiga ega bo&lsquo;lgan o&lsquo;chirilgan domen nomini auksion savdosiga qo&lsquo;yish uchun ariza topshirishi mumkin. 
 
Avval bu jarayon uchun call-markazga murojaat qilish talab etilgan bo&lsquo;lsa, endi esa jarayon maksimal darajada sodda va tezkor bo&lsquo;ldi &mdash; sayt orqali shaklni to&lsquo;ldirish kifoya. Ariza kelib tushgach, Ma'muriyat mutaxassislari uni ko&lsquo;rib chiqadi va so&lsquo;ngra ko&lsquo;rsatilgan domenni auksionga qo&lsquo;yadi. 
 
Yangi funksiya domen nomlari egalariga va bo&lsquo;lajak egalariga auksion jarayonlarida faolroq ishtirok etish, o&lsquo;zlarini qiziqtirgan nomlarni tezkor taklif etish hamda muloqotga ketadigan vaqtni tejash imkonini beradi.Bundan tashqari, onlayn-ariza jarayonlarning shaffofligini oshiradi, auksionda ishtirok etishni yanada qulay qiladi va .UZ domen zonasida jozibador nomlar uchun sog&lsquo;lom raqobatni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi.

UZINFOCOM jamoasi .UZ milliy domen ma&rsquo;muriyati nomidan blokcheyn texnologiyasi asosidagi ma&rsquo;lumotlarni saqlash bo&lsquo;yicha innovatsion yechimni taqdim etdi. Xalqaro TLDCON 2025 konferensiyasining ikkinchi kunida milliy .UZ domeni Ma'muriyati vakillari keyingi, MDH, Markaziy va Sharqiy Yevropa mamlakatlarining yuqori darajadagi milliy domenlari administratorlari va registratorlarining 19-xalqaro konferensiyasi &mdash; TLDCON 2026 &mdash; O&lsquo;zbekiston Respublikasida o&lsquo;tkazilishini ma&rsquo;lum qildilar. 
 
Tashkilotchilar xalqaro texnik hamjamiyatni 2026-yilda O&lsquo;zbekistonga tashrif buyurishga taklif etdilar. Ushbu tadbir mintaqaning AKT sektorini rivojlantirishda va milliy domenlarni boshqarish sohasida xalqaro hamkorlikni mustahkamlashda muhim rol o&lsquo;ynaydi. 
 
Eslatib o&lsquo;tamiz, TLDCON har yili milliy domen zonalarining administratorlari va registratorlari uchun tajriba almashish hamda ularning rivojlanishiga oid dolzarb masalalarni muhokama qilish maydonchasi bo&lsquo;lib xizmat qiladi.

TLDCON 2026 O‘zbekistonda bo‘lib o‘tadi

2025-yil 15&ndash;16-sentabr kunlari Kaliningrad shahrida MDH, Markaziy va Sharqiy Yevropa mamlakatlarining milliy yuqori darajali domenlari administratorlari va registratorlarining 18-Xalqaro konferensiyasi &mdash; TLDCON 2025 bo&lsquo;lib o&lsquo;tmoqda. Tadbir Milliy domenlar koordinatsiya markazi tomonidan tashkil etilgan. 
 
Forum registratura vakillari, xalqaro tashkilotlar hamda internet-domenlarni boshqarish sohasidagi ekspertlarni birlashtirdi. Ishtirokchilar domen industriyasining rivojlanishi, kiberxavfsizlik masalalari va yangi texnologiyalarni muhokama qilmoqdalar. 
 
.UZ milliy domeni ma&rsquo;muriyati onlayn rejimda domen nomlari Auksioni ishga tushirilishi haqida ma&rsquo;ruza bilan chiqish qildi. Taqdimotda loyihaning maqsadlari, uning infratuzilmani rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati hamda domen egalari va registratorlari uchun afzalliklari yoritib berildi.

Xalqaro hamkorlik va tajriba almashish TLDCON 2025da

2025 yil 9&ndash;11 sentyabr kunlari Belgrad, Serbiya shahrida Osiyo-Tinch okeani yuqori darajadagi domenlar assotsiatsiyasi (Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association &mdash; APTLD88) a&rsquo;zolari 88-konferensiyasi bo&lsquo;lib o&lsquo;tmoqda. Ushbu muhim konferensiya mintaqaning turli mamlakatlaridan kelgan 50 dan ortiq APTLD a&rsquo;zolarini birlashtiradi va professional muloqot, tajriba almashish hamda milliy registraturalar o&lsquo;rtasidagi aloqalarni mustahkamlash uchun platforma vazifasini bajaradi. 
 
Konferensiyada domenlarni boshqarish sohasidagi zamonaviy tendensiyalar va internet-infratuzilmani rivojlantirishda ilg&lsquo;or texnologiyalarni joriy etishga alohida e&rsquo;tibor qaratilmoqda.

Milliy .UZ domen zonasi yangi rekordni qayd etdi &mdash; ro&lsquo;yxatdan o&lsquo;tgan domenlar soni 140 000 oshdi. 
 
Bu natija O&lsquo;zbekistonning raqamli makoni uchun muhim bosqich bo&lsquo;ldi. Bir necha yil avval domenlar soni faqat o&lsquo;n minglab edi, bugun esa bu ko&lsquo;rsatkich bir necha baravar o&lsquo;sib, milliy zonaga bo&lsquo;lgan qiziqishning ortib borayotganini yaqqol namoyon qilmoqda. 
 
Ro&lsquo;yxatlar sonining ko&lsquo;payishi .UZ domenini biznes, davlat tashkilotlari va oddiy foydalanuvchilar uchun asosiy vositaga aylantirmoqda. Har bir yangi domen nomi bilan mamlakatning raqamli infratuzilmasi mustahkamlanib, onlayn xizmatlar, elektron tijorat va innovatsion loyihalar uchun yanada rivojlangan ekotizim shakllanmoqda.

.UZ zonasi domen egalari Blockchain texnologiyasiga asoslangan NFT sertifikatlari xizmatidan foydalanishlari mumkin. 
 
NFT sertifikati domen nomiga egalik qilishning eksklyuziv huquqini tasdiqlaydi va firibgarlikdan himoya qiladi. U huquqni qayta registratorga murojaat qilmasdan tasdiqlash hamda domenni yangi egasiga o&lsquo;tkazishni soddalashtiradi.
